Once you click “Submit,” the Non-Disclosure Agreement will appear on your screen. Click “Start,” review the agreement, and complete all required fields. Please initial each section requiring your initials, select the yellow “Sign” box to add your electronic signature, and enter your city, state, and phone number. When complete, click “Finish” at the top.

By electronically initialing and signing the Non-Disclosure Agreement, you agree that your electronic initials and signature are the legal equivalent of your handwritten initials and signature. You consent to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of the Non-Disclosure Agreement. You also agree that no certification authority or third-party verification is required to validate your electronic signature and that the absence of such verification does not affect its enforceability between you and CTC Associates.
