  • Yes; after 6 months, if desired by the associate and Dr. Lund, the process of partnership and buy into the practice can begin. The partnership will be formalized as soon as 12 months, up to 24 months from the date of original employment. The terms and conditions of partnership will be determined and agreed upon by the associate and Dr. Lund.
  • Restrictive Covenant
  • Yes; after 6 months of employment, the associate will not practice dentistry within a 5 mile radius fromthe practice. The duration for the non-compete clause is 1 year.

  • Our general practice has grown to more than I am able to keep pace with. We moved my practice of 20+ years to an amazing new location in 2021. At that time, I built with the intent to bring on an associate/partner after 10 years. However, we soon needed to hire a second full-time hygienist. Our hygiene numbers increased by 150% in 2 short years, I can no longer give each patient the individual time and care that I feel they deserve. Ideally, I am looking to hire an associate who is able to provide skilled and compassionate care to my patients. One who's long-term goal is to for partnership and eventually own the entire practice. My plan is to work for the next 10 years with these incredible patients and staff.
