  • Full-time Independent Contractor Associate Position

    Our general practice has grown to more than I am able to keep pace with. We moved my practice of 20+ years to an amazing new location in 2021. At that time, I built with the intent to bring on an associate/partner after 10 years. However, we grew too fast & now see 3 full hygiene columns each day. The challenge of doing quality exams, and still completing the restorative work with so many hygiene exams has become too much for one dentist to keep up with. We are still getting multiple new patients daily, and are booked out for the next 5-6 months.The practice is already busy enough for 2 full-time dentists.

    Ideally, I am looking to hire an associate who is able to provide skilled and compassionate care to my patients, who is ready to start with a full schedule from the first day. Starting as soon as possible or within the next month if you need to provide notice to your current employment.
