  • Ideal associate will be empathetic, outgoing, team player, compassionate, and personable. A good sense of humor too! Experience with Primescan and digital dentistry helpful.

    We have a family practice where many patients have been with us for 20+ years. Associate is expected to build and cultivate these trusting and intimate relationships that have developed a consistent source of generous referrals, reviews, and goodwill. Associate should love patient and team interactions as much as dentistry. Ideally would want a path to ownership in 1-2 years. Flexibility with workdays would be available.
