  • Associate Dentist Opportunity – Northern Colorado (Privately Owned Practice)

    Are you looking for a practice where you can provide high-quality, comprehensive care, build long-term relationships with patients, and continue growing as a clinician?

    West Lake Dental is a busy, privately owned, single-doctor general dentistry practice in Northern Colorado looking to add a full-time associate dentist to our team. We've built a strong foundation with an experienced, collaborative team and a loyal patient base, and we're looking for the right person to grow with us.

    We value thoughtful, relationship-driven dentistry over production pressure, and we take pride in creating an environment where both patients and team members feel supported and cared for.

    What We're Looking For

    • DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. program
    • Active Colorado dental license (or eligibility)
    • Ideally 1+ years of experience (but open to the right new graduate)
    • Strong clinical skills in comprehensive general dentistry
    • A self-motivated, growth-oriented mindset
    • A lifelong learner who values continuing education
    • Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
    • A team player who is, simply put, a nice human

    Kois training is a plus but not required.

    Dr. Andy Maples has been recognized by 5280 Magazine as a Top Dentist for 10 consecutive years and is known for high-quality clinical care, patient comfort, and aesthetic dentistry.

    He is a Graduate and Mentor of the Kois Center and has earned Fellowship status with the International Congress of Oral Implantology, the Misch International Implant Institute, and the Academy of General Dentistry.

    He has completed extensive continuing education in implants, full-mouth reconstruction, and periodontal treatment, and is committed to mentoring an associate who is eager to grow.
