  • Established private practice in the Salt Lake Valley is seeking an experienced associate dentist to join our team 2–3 days per week.This position is ideal for a doctor who enjoys practicing comprehensive dentistry, values collaboration and professional respect, and is looking for a sustainable long-term part-time schedule without the pressures commonly associated with corporate dentistry.

    The Ideal Candidate

    ● Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required
    ● Residency training preferred
    ● Comfortable practicing independently while collaborating closely with the team
    ● Strong diagnostic, communication, and relationship-building skills
    ● Values teamwork, professionalism, and patient relationships
    ● Interested in comprehensive care rather than high-volume dentistry
    ● Values humility, curiosity, and lifelong learning
    ● Enjoys collaborating with an experienced team and contributing positively to practice culture
    ● Looking for a stable, long-term part-time position
    ● Ideal availability is Mondays, Tuesdays, and every other Thursday
