  • We are looking for a long-term pediatric specialist to join our multi-speciality dental team.

    We are fee-for service, so all treatment is paid in full and you receive your full compensation on your production. This equates to a 2-3 times increase in pay per hour. We manage the team, marketing, systems and supplies. You will have a dedicated clinical manager and facility that is built out for pediatrics.

    The dental practice is health-based, so we attract patients and families that are looking for metal alternatives, fluoride free care, and discussion about growth and development and airway and caries prevention. We have a highly trained team of assistants and care coordinators that assist you in having these conversations. Work includes restorative care, pediatric surgery, sedation with an independent nurse practitioner, phase one orthodontics and expansion and hygiene/recare.
