This webinar is designed for dentists preparing to purchase a practice or expand through acquisition. Participants will gain the tools to assess their readiness, understand today&rsquo;s market landscape and identify the right opportunities. Attendees will walk through every step of the buying journey, from financial preparation and due diligence to structuring the deal and planning a smooth transition.</p>

<p><strong>Objectives</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Assess personal and financial readiness for practice ownership, including clinical scope, credit, budget and advisory team setup.</li>
	<li>Analyze market factors such as demographics, payer mix, referral networks and competition to determine ideal locations.</li>
	<li>Evaluate practice profiles, financials, and operational systems to identify strengths, risks and opportunities.</li>
	<li>Conduct thorough due diligence across financial, clinical, operational and legal areas.</li>
	<li>Understand how practice value is determined and identify red flags that may impact valuation.</li>
	<li>Compare deal structures, including conventional purchases and associate buy-ins/buy-outs and understand timelines.</li>
	<li>Develop a transition plan covering staff communication, patient retention, credentialing and operational handoff.</li>
