  • Are you worried about burning out as a pediatric dentist? High energy days, repetitive work and high government or insurance write offs can make the profession feel different than you hoped. Do you wonder how long you can keep doing the same thing over and over, without an end in sight?

    At Total Care Dental we are redesigning healthcare and providing literal root cause answers and solutions for healthy kiddos and families now and as they grow.

    Our providers have more connection with the families they care for, more money in the time they are at work so they can have a life too, and a deep sense of fulfillment and purpose in changing futures as well as fixing teeth.

    We have been building the pediatric portion of our practice and it has been growing by leaps and bounds, completely through word of mouth, in the last year. We focus on whole body health and talk about real prevention including nutrition, meals, oral habits, growth and development and more. We also aim to have our treatments always improve health as the child is growing. With state of the art techniques and materials, we are creating a new paradigm in dentistry.

    We have been staffing the practice with local pediatric dentists whom are excellent but our needs are outgrowing their capacity and we need a part-time dentist to join their ranks. Because we are entirely insurance free and fee for service, you can make as much in 2-3 days in our practice as you can working 4-5 in an insurance dependent model.

    We are looking for a long term doctor to join the team and are open to discussions about long term equity and other arrangements.

    This is the type of dentistry families are searching for, and the dentistry providers love to deliver.
